What is a yard card?
A yard card is a type of decorative lawn sign to announce a special occasion. It is a creative complement or alternative to sending flowers or finding a gift and card. These signs are placed in the recipient’s yard for 5-7 days and then removed by Yard Occasions. Each yard sign or yard card comes with a personalized plaque and congratulations note.

What is included in a yard card package?
Each rental includes your choice of a vibrant pink or blue stork to celebrate the arrival of a new born. These storks are 7 feet tall and come with a personalized card with a message of your choice.

Can I personalize my yard card?
You may include a variety of sayings on your personalized plaque. We have many recommendations! Words simply need to be limited to fit properly on the plaque.

When do I pay for a yard card?
Payment is required prior to display set up. Payments can be made by calling us at 336-480-1525. We accept cash, check, Visa and Master Card.

How far in advance should I reserve the yard card?
Yard cards are booked quickly and we encourage you to reserve them as soon as possible. We understand that the birth of a little one is almost always unexpected so we require at least a 24 hours for a reservation. Once we have your reservation, we will confirm availability. Once availability is confirmed, payment will secure your reservation.

When do you deliver the yard cards?
We deliver 7 days a week, excluding major holidays. If you have a special request, specifics can be discussed at the time of purchase. Please call anytime at 336-480-1525.

When do you pick up the yard cards?
We typically pick up the lawn cards throughout the day.

Do you deliver in bad weather?
The yard cards are made of strong plastic so they are weather-proof from rain and snow. In the even that there is inclement weather we will not deliver. In the case that we do not deliver, we will notify the customer to cancel the order or set up alternative arrangements.

Can I move the yard card?
We ask that you do not move the lawn signs but rather call us and we will do it . A delivery fee may apply for each time that we have to come out and move the sign. If you have special instructions on where to place the yard card please notify us when you make the reservation.

What is your refund policy?
We always want to be fair with our customers. A full refund will be issued for the following reasons:
- The order is cancelled 48 hours or more in advance.
- The yard card cannot be set up due to inclement weather

We cannot guarantee a refund for any other reasons beyond these.
